ONLINE REPUTATION MANAGEMENT WORKSHOPS

Online Reputation Management as a Sales Tool

A program for solopreneurs and businesses ready to stop putting out fires and start managing their reputation as a sales asset.

People will talk about you whether you want them to or not. Your reputation, reviews, and brand mentions exist regardless of whether you do anything with them. The only question is who controls the narrative.

I teach you to be the one who does.

Most businesses react only when a problem appears, instead of having a system that keeps things under control.

Through the Reputation Architecture program, I help you build a clear and sustainable reputation management system, using your own real examples. This way, you’re not just building trust, you are reducing the need for constant investment in paid advertising.

What will you learn?

  • What potential clients see when they search your name, service, or product
  • How to shape that into your advantage
  • How to use reputation as free market research and a business advisor
  • How to build processes your team can maintain independently

You’ll walk away with real-life actionable tools, templates, and a plan you can apply immediately.

  •

What’s included?

  • An audit of your current visibility on Google and AI tools
  • Work on your own real examples
  • Processes for collecting, responding to, and using reviews and brand mentions
  • Templates adapted to your industry and communication tone
  • An action plan with prioritised steps

Why now?

  1. AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity don’t show ads, they show reputation. If you’re not in their data, you’re not in their answers.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Global spending on digital advertising has doubled in just five years. Clicks are more expensive, returns are shrinking, and AI search engines have no space for paid ads. Businesses that build organic reputation pay significantly less for the same reach  and without a structured presence, AI won’t recommend you regardless of your budget.
  2. Hyperproduction of content means original, authoritative voices are becoming rarer and more valuable. AI models learn from what already exists, not from what you plan to publish. Every week without a consistent signal is a week a competitor with a clear position is gaining ground.
  3. Ignoring AI visibility today means not existing in the answers your potential clients are already getting. An SEO mistake can be fixed with optimisation. Absence from AI answers is only corrected through sustained, systematic work over months because models don’t update brand perception in real time.
  4. B2B clients check suppliers online before the first call. If they find nothing, or find a chaotic picture, they won’t reach out. Unlike a bad review you can see, this loss is invisible. There’s no data to tell you how many potential clients moved on because what they found didn’t look reliable enough.

Based on experience with clients, businesses that proactively manage their reputation see up to 30% less spending on paid advertising, because organic signals take over part of the work they would otherwise pay for.

Why me?

I’ve been working in online reputation management since 2012. Longer than most businesses have even thought about it.

I am also one of the few consultants and educators who combines strategy with operational experience: I know what the process looks like from the inside, in your industry, with your tools. You’re not getting just a trainer, you’re getting someone who has already done this.

My experience from hotel chains, dental healthcare and multi-market companies is now being applied,  to real-life situations of my clients.

FAQs

Do I need a technical background?

No. The program is designed for people who communicate with clients and make communication decisions, not for your IT staff.

What if I already have  reviews?

Even better. We work with what you have: we audit the current state, identify gaps, and build on what already exists. Important: I will push you to answer to your reviews.

Why is AI visibility even relevant to me?

Because your potential clients increasingly use ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI Overviews to find services. If there’s no clear, verifiable information about you there, you simply won’t appear in the answer.

What’s the difference between the workshop formats?

Duration and depth of coverage. The full-day workshop covers the entire system end-to-end with your team and includes hands-on exercises using real company examples. The half-day covers the key modules. The online workshop focuses on the individual situation of a solopreneur.

What do I get after the program?

Depending on the format: a visibility audit, templates adapted to your industry, an action plan, and a recording of the workshop for later review.

Can I get support after the program?

Yes. All formats include an option for operational implementation support or ongoing mentoring, which is arranged and priced separately.

Why now and not in six months?

Because AI models are trained on data that exists today. Every quarter you wait, competitors who started earlier are building a visibility advantage that can’t be recovered with a campaign; only with sustained work over time.

We didn’t do SEO before and it didn’t hurt us. Why is this different?

Because SEO was competition for a position on a list. AI visibility is competition for a single answer. If you’re not in that answer, you don’t exist for that user. The tolerance for ignoring reputation was higher when a client could scroll down to find you. Now only AI scrolls. And it chooses. Scary, I know.

What if I get a negative review?

That’s exactly what the system is for. A negative review with a well-crafted response often builds more trust than only positive reviews. The program includes a framework for responding to all types of reviews, including crisis situations.

Does this make sense for a small business without many reviews?

Especially then. A small business with a good system and 20 reviews outperforms a competitor with 5 poorly managed ones. The early stage is the easiest time to lay the foundation, before problems accumulate.
